This place is in a shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. They have a puppy program that comes with free items! See my picture to see what's all included. Inside they have a koi pond and if you have small kids you can ask to feed them. Our kids love this. I wish they had a bigger selection of fresh water fish, but overall I really like this place.

Adventure Pets is the place to go for quality pets and great service. I recently bought 2 of the sweetest cockatiels. They were well-bred, very tame, and they bring me such joy. As a pet sitter for 11 years, I have a great deal of experience with many varieties of birds, and these were top quality. They came with a health certificate showing they had been checked for diseases, viruses and DNA gender determination. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great prices, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It's my go-to for saltwater fish, inverts and corals on the North Shore.

Great store and great staff. I will say I wish they had a little bit larger selection of Freshwater fish/things, but overall good place to go. They can order many different things, just gotta ask!

New store looks great! I hadn't gotten fish for my aquarium in a while and decided to check out the new location. Though the stock was still limited from the move, the fish they did have all looked happy and healthy. I got five and they're all very active and eating well. Feels good to help out a local small business too. Great little store :)

Terrific locally owned, local-sourced pet supply store. They keep track of everything you buy so youcan order refills over the phone and they even deliver! Both Mandeville and Covington locations are marvelous. Warm, kind, and people oriented while knowing that its our pets we are trying to do right by. My pups have pretty restictive allergies, and once I figured out what they could eat without getting sick, Adventure Pets makes sure to always have it (and their diet makes my vet bills $0!)

Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and clean. Came in with paper from animal shelter for free/discounted cat supplies and the paper was outdated. The gentleman was very nice and helped me find all the items that were on the updated list as well as things that we might want or need for a multi-cat household that we could use the discount on. The other gentleman was also great, asking if he could help get hard to reach items (I'm vertically challenged) or anything. The only thing I might say about the store is they could add more cat items. There's a lot of dog items, but only one row for cats and barely any kitten.

Just found this little gem. SHOP local!!! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and talked me out of things i did not need. They have the cutest small shopping carts for kids- beautiful koi fish as you enter- and all the unique HEALTHY animal setups, treats and gifts. Happy happy happy to have happemed upon. ♥️

I’ve been buying fish from adventure pets for a few months now and it’s great. The tanks are in good condition and the environment is nice. When I call them to ask if they have a fish species in stock they are always happy to help and let me know when they will restock it.

Really cool place. It seemed to have everything you need. Well stocked. Competitively priced. I love to support locally owned businesses. One of the owners spent probably 15 minutes with me helping me find everything and explaining everything in good detail. They didn't really have the same brand of dog food, cat food and cat litter, but she helped me find the perfect matches for my pets. It worked out beautifully. My cats and my dog seem to love their food just as much as they liked the last. I was a little concerned about that. Adventure pets went above and beyond my expectations. I'm confident this is going to be my go-to from now on. ☺️
